All persons wishing to participate in the February stove building trip must complete and submit this application form. You will be contacted by the GSP trip coordinator to set up an interview at which time trip expectations will be clarified.
All successful applicants will then be sent a detailed form asking for information such as flight details, emergency contact and further health details. All information is strictly confidential and will be carried by the trip co-ordinator in case of emergency.
Do not proceed with booking travel arrangements until you have received approval.
